Although the legal Right of Withdrawal already covers this, La Musa improves it by reducing the cost of shipping to our warehouse.

Exceptions

We cannot apply this policy to personalized products, such as instrument cases, or to certain products for hygiene reasons, such as reeds.

Except for these situations, you can shop with the peace of mind that if the products do not meet your expectations, La Musa will refund the returned products.

It is a very easy, fast, and automated process, allowing you to complete the return in just a few minutes. You can send us the products yourself or, depending on your location, we can provide you with a shipping label if you have a registered account on our website.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. In your user area, find the order with the items to be returned and select them, indicating the reasons.
  2. Submit the La Musa 14 Guarantee request.
  3. If you have the original shipping packaging in which you received your order, reuse it and protect the items well. If not, you can use another, ensuring it is suitable for shipping.
  4. If you choose for us to manage the return shipping, attach the label we provide to the package in a visible place, removing or covering other labels.
  5. Drop off the package at Correos if you have a label. If you choose to send it yourself, ship it in the way most convenient for you.
