Generally the order is sent between 24h-72h once confirmed, although it may vary depending on the products you want to buy. From time to time there may be an unexpected lack of stock; in this case he would be notified urgently. If this is the case, the delivery time of the product may vary between 72 hours and 10 days.



The delivery service will be carried out from Monday to Friday, expressly excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, both in Spain and at the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be altered for reasons beyond the control of MAREMUSIC RBC S.L. (LA MUSA hereinafter). If this happens, we will be waiting to inform you at all times of the status of the shipment.

It will not be considered non-compliance in the delivery if the order has been delayed at the will of the client or if the buyer could not be located with the information that he has provided us.



The maximum weight for national and international shipments is 31 kg.

Orders that exceed the maximum weight and/or measurements established by our courier service must be sent by a specialized service. This delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days longer than the normal shipping time. The exact costs for packages that exceed 31kg will be calculated and you will be informed by e-mail before making any charges. 



The scope of sale of this website is intended for the whole world.



LA MUSA will process all orders made through as long as their payment is correct and in accordance with the chosen payment method. 

However, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product or content on this website at any time. 

Exceptional circumstances may occur that force us to reject the processing of an order even though the order confirmation message or shipment of the order has been sent, so we reserve the right to do so at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of LA MUSA informing the affected client at all times.

We will not be responsible to you or to third parties for the fact of removing products or content from the page, nor for the modification of any material or content on it. We will not be liable to you or to third parties for refusing to process an order even if we have sent you the order confirmation message.



The following section explicitly regulates the services that the customer will receive once their order has been placed.

It is the responsibility of the user of the website to read this section since LA MUSA will not assume any extra service, this being, if necessary, the account and charge of the client.

The merchandise that is sent through the express transport company will be delivered within the hours established by the delegation corresponding to your area (exact hours will not be specified) and will be carried out from Monday to Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded national, provincial and local). If the client wants a certain time, he must notify LA MUSA before the order has been sent.

The communication of said schedule does not certify the delivery within it since LA MUSA can only communicate to the transport company said request. 


Claims for damage and / or breakage of the goods caused for transport must be notified (according to the transport agency's rule) at within 24 hours of receipt of said merchandise so that the claim is attended and the problem studied.

For manufacturing defects, the repair time is the warranty time that each product has.



LA MUSA, without prejudice to what is established in clause 7, and except in exceptional circumstances, will send the orders within the term established on our website, and an order confirmation message that you will receive when the order ends. 

The delivery time of the products may be increased by the following circumstances:

  • Personalized or custom orders: in this case we will inform the customer of the delivery time in writing and individually.
  • Specific circumstances: Due to the availability of certain items, your order may be delayed. If this is the case, we will inform you at all times.
  • Special circumstances by delivery area: it is possible that the delegations of the transport companies that LA MUSA uses have specific delivery days in some area. If this is the case, deliveries will be made on the delivery day established by each delegation.

The transport company will not make deliveries at height, that is, by building facades or interior patios, nor will they use any pulley system to place the order either in the building or in the home itself. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the items can be delivered.

The order will be given as delivered when you receive it at your home address. The reception of the same supposes the acceptance. Carriers will usually need the signature of the person who receives the order, this being valid to give the order as delivered.



We will try to deliver the order twice to the address that you have indicated. If after these two attempts the delivery is not possible we will contact you to be able to give a solution.

If after 10 days we are unable to contact you, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will give it as resolved.

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, setting a maximum period of 30 days to do so. In this case we will be able to deduct from the return the expenses caused by the transport and by the termination of the contract.



Our articles are guaranteed by manufacturers with many years of experience in the sector. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.

However, it may happen that the article is not exactly what was expected. For this reason, we offer the La Musa 14 Guarantee: a return period of 14 calendar days –including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays– from receipt of the order. This guarantee is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal.

To do this, you can request the return in the "Returns" section of your customer area. If you have placed the order as a guest, please contact us to generate a request.

To make the shipment to our warehouses, the customer can choose to use their own means or use the service that LA MUSA will indicate, if available. In the first case, it will not entail any deduction on the refund amount. If the customer uses the LA MUSA shipping service, the amount of the returned products will be refunded, deducting the following amounts:

  • Returns from Spain, Portugal, Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €2.99
  • Returns from the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €9.99
  • Returns from other territories: €9.99 + customs costs.

Items will be returned as received, without having been used or damaged, being in perfect condition, in its original packaging and including manuals and accessories, where appropriate. Once the product is received, LA MUSA staff will examine it to check the conditions in which it is found. If the item is in perfect condition and does not present bumps, erosions, undue alterations or any other process that evidences its misuse, the amount paid will be refunded deducting the shipping costs.

In any case, the return costs are borne by LA MUSA in the event of manufacturing defects or possible damage during shipping, provided that it is shown that these are not attributable to the buyer.



Any buyer can exercise the withdrawal of his purchase; and it can be done by any means admitted by law: postal letter to our address, or email, for example.

For orders within Spanish territory, the shipping costs to our warehouses are borne by LA MUSA, provided that the shipping method that we offer when requesting the return is used. For orders placed outside of Spain, we will deduct the basic shipping cost from your country to our warehouses from the refund amount.

You can request a return in the "Returns" section of your customer area. If you have placed the order as a guest, please contact us to generate a request. 


LA MUSA informs you that you will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the object of the contract is:

  • Special measures articles manufactured expressly. That is, those measures that are not available on our website. 
  • Personalized articles, that is, those in which the customer chooses the option of its appearance. 
  • Articles subject to special hygiene conditions, such as reeds.
