Delivery information and return

In general, the shipment is sent between 24-72 hours once the order is confirmed, although it may vary depending on the products you want to buy. Occasionally there may be an unexpected lack of stock which would be urgently notified. If this is the case, the delivery time of the product can vary between 72 hours and 10 days.

The delivery service will be made from Monday to Friday, expressly excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, where deliveries are not made.

Delivery times are estimated and may be altered for reasons beyond the control of La Musa instruments (Trademark). If this happens we would be pending to inform at all times of the shipment status.

Failure to comply with delivery will not be considered if the order has been delayed at the customer's will or if we could locate the buyer with the information you have provided us.

The maximum weight for national and international shipments is 31 kg maximum

Orders that exceed the maximum weight and / or measurements established by our courier service must be sent by a specialized service. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days longer than normal shipping duration. The exact costs for packages exceeding 31kg will be calculated and you will be informed by email before making any charges.

MANAGEMENT AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS

In general, MAREMUSIC RBC SL will process all orders placed through www.lamusainstrumentos.es as long as their payment is in accordance with the payment method chosen by the client.

However, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product or content on this website at any time.

Exceptional circumstances may occur that force us to reject the processing of an order even if the order confirmation or shipment message has been sent, so we reserve the right to do so at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of MAREMUSIC. We will not be liable either to you or to third parties for the fact of removing products or content from the page, nor for the modification of any material or content on it. HANDLING AND SHIPPING

The following section explicitly regulates the services that the client will receive when they select this company for the delivery of their order.

It is the responsibility of the user of the website to read this section since MAREMUSIC RBC SL will not assume any extra service, being this, if necessary, the account and charge of the client.

The merchandise that is sent through the urgent transport company will be delivered within the hours established by the delegation corresponding to your area (exact time will not be specified) and will be carried out from Monday to Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded national, provincial and local). If the client wants a specific time, they must notify La Musa instruments before the order has been sent.

The communication of said schedule does not certify delivery within the same since La Musa instruments can only communicate the request to the transport company.


CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Claims for damage and / or breakage of the merchandise caused for transport must be notified (according to the transport agency's regulations) to www.lamusainstrumentos.es/contacto within 24 hours of receipt of said merchandise so that the claim is addressed and the problem studied.

For manufacturing defects, the repair time is the guarantee time that each product has.


DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

MAREMUSIC RBC SL, without prejudice to the provisions of clause 7, and unless exceptional circumstances occur, will send the orders within the period established on our website, and a confirmation message of the order that you will receive when the order ends.

The delivery time of the products may be increased by the following circumstances:

Custom or custom orders: in this case we will inform the customer of the delivery time in writing and individually.

Specific circumstances: Due to the availability of certain items, your order may be delayed. If this is so, we will inform you at all times.

Special circumstances by delivery area: it is possible that the delegations of the transport companies that La Musa uses instruments have specific delivery days in some area. If this is so, deliveries will be made on the delivery day that each delegation has established.

The transport company will not make deliveries at height, that is, by facades of the building or interior patios, nor will they use any pulley system to enter the order either in the building or at the home. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the items can be delivered.

The order will be given as delivered when you receive it at your address. The reception of the same supposes the acceptance. Carriers on a regular basis, will need the signature of the person who receives the order, being valid to give the order as delivered.


IMPOSSIBILITY TO DELIVER

We will try to deliver the order twice to the address you have indicated. If after these two attempts, delivery is not possible, we will contact you to provide a solution.

If after 10 days we are unable to contact you, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will give it as resolved.

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, setting a maximum period of 30 days to do so. In this case we will be able to deduct from the return the expenses caused by the transport and by the termination of the contract.


RETURNS

Items have a return period of 14 calendar days including Saturdays and Sundays or holidays from receipt of the order nationwide. Our articles are endorsed by manufacturers with many years of experience in the sector. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our clients. Any return must be previously accepted by the manufacturer / distributor. The item must be returned as received without being worn or damaged. It must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals and accessories where appropriate. The costs of management, shipping and collection will be borne by the buyer.

Once the product is returned, La Musa Instrumentos staff will examine the product to check the conditions in which it is found. If the article is in perfect condition and does not present blows, scratches, hammering, undue alterations or any other process that evidences its misuse, the amount paid for the product will be returned, discounting the return costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In this case, MAREMUSIC RBC SL will refund the price paid for the products, discounting the shipping costs.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal may be carried out by any means admitted by law.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTIONS

La Musa instruments informs you that you will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the object thereof is:

-Articles of special measures manufactured expressly.

-Custom items.

A special measure will be understood as those that are not available on our website. Personalized items shall be understood as those in which the customer chooses the option of the appearance of the same.
