We understand that sometimes when you receive a product, it may not be exactly what you imagined.

 

That is why we offer our La Musa 14 Guarantee: return the product that does not convince you for whatever reason within 14 days from the day you receive it.

Although the legal Right of Withdrawal already contemplates this, La Musa improves it by reducing the cost of shipping to our warehouse.

 

Exceptions

We cannot apply this policy to customized products, such as instrument cases, or to certain products for hygiene reasons, such as reeds.

Except for these situations, you can buy with the peace of mind that if the products do not meet your expectations, La Musa will reimburse you for the returned products.

 

How to process the La Musa 14 Guarantee?

It is a very easy, fast and automated process, which will process your return in a matter of minutes. You can send us the products on your own or, depending on your territory, we can provide you with a shipping label if you have a registered account on our website.

These are the steps to follow:

  1. In your user area, search for the order with the items to be returned and select them indicating the reasons.
  2. Send the La Musa 14 Guarantee request.
  3. If you still have the packaging from which you received your order, reuse it and protect the items well. If not, you can use another one, taking care that it is suitable for shipping.
  4. If you choose to have us handle the return shipment, stick the label we provide on the packaging in a visible place, removing or covering other labels.
  5. Deposit the package at the post office if you have a label. If you have chosen to send it on your own, send it in the way that is most convenient for you.
