La Musa 14 Warranty

At La Musa, we know that sometimes, when a product is received, it may not be exactly what one imagined.

That's why we offer our La Musa 14 Guarantee: return any product you're not satisfied with for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

Although the legal Right of Withdrawal already covers this, La Musa improves upon it by reducing the cost of shipping fees to our warehouse.

Exceptions

We cannot apply this policy to personalized products, such as instrument cases, or to certain products due to hygiene reasons, such as reeds or mouthpieces.

Except for these situations, you can buy with the peace of mind that if the products do not meet your expectations, La Musa will refund you for the returned products.

How to process the La Musa 14 Guarantee?

It's a very easy, fast, and automated process, allowing you to process your return in a matter of minutes. You can send us the products yourself or, depending on your territory, we can provide you with a shipping label if you have a registered account on our website.

Steps to follow:

1. Go to our Returns Portal.
2. Complete the requested information.
3. If you kept the original packaging, reuse it. If not, use other suitable packaging to protect the items.
4. If we manage the shipping, paste the label we provide in a visible place.
5. Deposit the package at the post office (if you have a label) or send it at your own expense.
